Cigar Choice does not engage in the sale of tobacco or tobacco related products to consumers under the age of 18 years old. In the states of AK, AL, NJ and UT you must be 19 years of age to purchase tobacco products.

Cigar Choice is solely a retailer of cigars and does not offer any form of cigarettes or non-smokable tobaccos. Cigar Choice will not engage in the sale of cigars to any other retailer of tobacco products, nor does it otherwise sell or ship cigars on a wholesale basis.
