Cancellation Policy

Cigar Choice has developed one of the most optimized systems in the industry to serve its customers. Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page. 

During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order has been packaged and labeled for pick up, it cannot be canceled. In order to ensure we will catch your order in time to stop the shipment, please make sure to contact us before 1:00 pm PST. We understand mistakes happen and should you need to modify your order in any way, one of our customer service professionals will be happy to assist you. If it’s too late to cancel and the package has shipped, you may return unwanted items in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

Return Policy 
 
We do encourage you to submit an inquiry if you have any questions or concerns about the quality or functionality of a product before you continue with the return process.
 

  • Your Complete Smoking Satisfaction is our first priority! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unwanted items within 30 Days of receipt.
     
  • Products must be unused and in the original packaging, including all original, or a re-stock fee of 15% may be applied. If you've already smoked some of the Cigars, your refund will be prorated based on how many you smoked.

  • Any defective product may only be exchange for the same model. Substitutions will only be possible when unopened and unused products are returned in original condition.

  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before sending your return to us. The warehouse may refuse any packages arriving without an RMA number clearly visible on the package. Should your return qulify for a reimbursment of the return shipping charges, only USPS First Class Mail is accepted.

  • Once your package has been received and inspected you will have the option to request a refund or store credit. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when the order was placed, less shipping. Please allow 7 to 10 business days, following receipt of your return, for the refund to show on your account. Store Credit may be used towards a different purchase once it has been processed to your account.

 

How do I obtain an RMA number?
 

  • Log into your Account using the username and password you chose when you placed the original order.

  • Click “Order History” then “Details”

  • Select the item you wish to return. Check the box next to that item

  • Enter all required information as indicated. Be as detailed as possible regarding the reason you wish to return the item and state the condition.

  • Indicate what action you prefer. Depending on the condition of the product you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or a store credit. For a store credit, if you know what other items you would like the credit to be applied to, specify the product Sku Number. The difference in price will be credited or charged accordingly.

  • Within 24 hours, or next business day, one of our representatives will be in contact via email with further instructions.

 

Note: ALL Returned Items must include the following:
 

  • Original packaging, documents and accessories
  • Your RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package


We strongly advise our customers to always retain the tracking information pertaining to the return, at least until the transaction has been fully completed by both parties.
