When will my order Ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST will ship the same day! Order placed after that time will ship the following business day.


How do I find out the status of my order?

If you've already created an account, simply log in to view the status of the order. You may also contact our customer service professionals directly through your account for the fastest response. For customers that signed up as a guest, you can either create an account or email us using customerservice@cigarchoice.com


How long will it take until I receive my Order?

On order with Free Shipping, the lead-time is generally 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. On Express shipments your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method you select.


How do I get my tracking number?

The tracking information for every order will be automatically emailed once the product has been shipped. Please make sure that sales@cigarchoice.com is removed from any spam or junk mail settings.


Do you ship outside of the United States?
